John Shillington is the Head of Commercial Broker and Equipment Finance for NAB's Business & Private Bank Division, overseeing operations in Victoria and Tasmania. Previously, John held various leadership roles at NAB and the Bank of Queensland, including Head of Southern Region and Head of Small Business, crafting strategies that significantly increased lending volumes and broker engagement. John earned a Master of Business Administration from Bond University and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Banking, Finance, and Risk Management from Griffith University, along with a Diploma in Finance and Brokering. Additionally, John completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and achieved the Chartered Banker designation.
