Jo Cramond is the Head of Business Analysis & Product Owner Capability at NAB, where they have held various leadership roles, including Head of Business Execution and Head of Cashflow Experience. Previously, Jo worked as a Product Owner and Delivery Lead at NAB, as well as IT Team Leader at AMP. With extensive experience as a Business Analyst across several organizations, including AXA and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Jo has built a strong foundation in business systems and analysis. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Melbourne.
