Chloe Walker is a seasoned professional in design and customer experience, currently serving as the Design Director for Customer Experience at NAB since November 2023. Previously, Chloe held various prominent roles at ANZ from October 2014 to September 2023, including Product Owner Chapter Lead for Simplification, where responsibilities included strategic transformation and simplification initiatives, and XD Chapter Lead focused on innovation and financial well-being. Additional experience includes leading human-centered design initiatives that empowered over 1000 colleagues and roles at Catalyst Group, Red Ant, University of Technology Sydney, and other organizations, ranging from Creative Director to Tutor/Lecturer. Chloe holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Design from the University of Technology Sydney and an altMBA from 2020.
