Rick Hart is the Director of Intergovernmental Affairs and Partner Engagement at the National Association of Counties (NACo), a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as an advisor for intergovernmental affairs in the Biden-Harris White House, working closely with local governments and coordinating outreach efforts. Rick has also held various roles in political campaigns, including fellowships with Biden for President and the Democratic Party of Georgia, where they contributed significantly to voter mobilization and youth engagement initiatives. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Morehouse College, graduating summa cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
