John Dankanich currently serves as the Chief Technologist at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, where they guide technology investments for future mission needs and foster collaboration with the aerospace community. Previously, they worked as NASA's In-Space Propulsion Lead Systems Engineer and led significant projects, including the Mars Ascent Vehicle development. John also founded AeroDank, Inc., providing engineering and educational services while managing multiple business functions. Their educational background includes multiple degrees in aerospace engineering and physics from Purdue University.
