Lucia Tonda has over seven years of experience in driving digital transformation and customer experience. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Naranja X, Lucia leads an interdisciplinary team to develop effective digital and omnichannel solutions that meet customer needs. Previously, Lucia held various roles at Tarjeta Naranja and Naranja, including positions focused on quality assurance, digitalization, and agile methodologies. Lucia holds a degree in Administration and a Master in Digital Business Management from Universidad de Córdoba and Universidad de San Andrés, respectively.
