Fiona Ling serves as the Manager at the Centre For Innovation & Life Skills at Nanyang Polytechnic since November 2021, focusing on developing innovative and enterprising learners to enhance workforce capabilities. Prior to this role, Fiona held the position of Commercial Brand Manager - DACH at SSP Deutschland from June 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities included delivering commercial strategies and managing multi-brand coffee franchises across travel channels in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Fiona's earlier experience includes a managerial role in process and business technology at NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd and positions at Metro Cash and Carry International as a Regional Business Analyst and Management Trainee, contributing significantly to operational excellence and productivity initiatives across multiple Asian markets. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Retail Marketing with First Class Honours from the University of Stirling and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the National University of Singapore.
