Sonia Maceranka, CPA, CIA, CERP, is an Enterprise Risk Management Executive with over 20 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, and governance functions within financial institutions. Presently serving as the EVP and Chief Risk Officer at Nano Banc, Sonia previously held senior roles, including SVP of Enterprise Risk at WaFd Bank and Compliance Manager at Sabal Financial Group LP. They have demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-wide risk frameworks, transforming audit processes, and mentoring future leaders in the financial sector. Sonia holds a BBA in Accounting from Boise State University and is furthering their education at the Pacific Coast Banking School.
