Firing Up Pakistan 

The Nando’s story started centuries ago, when the Portuguese explorers set sail for the East in search of adventure and the legendary spice route.

It was long after when the African winds carrying the Nando’s flame landed ashore the coastal region of Karachi in 2001 and became the most beloved casual dining restaurant in Pakistan. 

With the addictive taste of the tongue tantalizing PERi-PERi chicken, world class service and spectacularly designed restaurants, the people fell in love with Nando’s. 

It didn’t take long for the word to spread around and before long, Nando’s trail blazed across Pakistan with now 13 restaurants and counting to become the hottest story in town. 

With the vision to change to the way the word thinks about chicken, Nando’s is on a journey to be the best in the business. We’re not where we want to be, we’re not where we are going to be, but we are sure a long way from what we were and we’ve only just begun. 


History of Nando’s in Pakistan

-	2001 – Nando’s fires up Pakistan by opening the first ever restaurant in Clifton, Karachi. 
-	2003 – Trail blazed to the north to hatch Nando’s M.M.Alam at Gulberg 3, Lahore.
-	2004 – Ventured into the city of Karachi and opening the third Nando’s at SMCHS
-	2005 – Nando’s North Nazimabad was hatched!
-	2009 – Opened the second Nando’s restaurant in Lahore at D.H.A.
-	2010 – Opened Nando’s at Boat Basin, the fourth restaurant in Karachi
-	2010 – Set the capital on fire by hatching Nando’s in Islamabad.
-	2014 – Hatched at Fortress Stadium, Lahore.
-	2014 – We fancied the feathers of the beloved SMCHS restaurant giving it a whole new look and feel. 
-	2015 – Rehatched the flagship restaurant in Lahore, in a brand new location at Gulberg 3.
-	2015 – Welcomed the newest hatchling at Khayaban-e-Seher, D.H.A. Karachi. 
-	2016 – Setting Faisalabad aflame with our newest restaurant.
