Company started operations under the Leadership of Jitender Tanwar since 2013. Jitendra is first generation entrepreneur started his entrepreneurial journey at young age and built his career in rural financing. During the journey he identified challenges faced by MSME customers for financing needs. This gave birth to the idea of Namdev, an NBFC, to give easy accesses to financing needs of under-served or unserved entrepreneurs which has great potential of growth and also the largest employment generator in rural and semi urban locations.
