Cássio Rufino is a seasoned professional with expertise in strategy, finance, customer success, communication, marketing, and people management. Currently serving as COO at MZ, Cássio leads strategic areas including Customer Success, Marketing, and Inside Sales, having risen through the ranks since joining as an intern in 2008. They became CFO & COO in 2019, driving transformational changes across various functions, including a modernized talent management system that earned Great Place to Work recognition for four consecutive years. Cássio holds a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie and completed an Executive MBA in Finance at Insper, complemented by specializations in Human Resources, Marketing, and Customer Success.
