Lisa Sheales is an experienced professional in leadership, learning, and marketing with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently, Lisa serves as the Head of People - Technology at MYOB, having previously held various roles such as Employee Experience Business Partner and Product Capability Manager. Prior to MYOB, Lisa was the Head of Leadership and Learning at Bega Cheese Limited, where an extensive Leadership Development Program was launched featuring core pillars like Growth Mindset and Emotional Intelligence. With a significant tenure at Lion, Lisa led efforts in Marketing Capability and developed the SMART Planning Process for brand planning. Early career experiences include strategic roles at Optimo Designs, Cowan, Cadbury Schweppes, and Nestlé, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology.
