Roberta Cornelius has extensive experience in the legal and financial sectors. From March 1980 to February 1997, Roberta served as a paralegal at Schroeder & Anderson, specializing in medical malpractice defense and estate matters. Following this role, Roberta joined First Citizens Bank in February 1997, eventually advancing to Vice President and Senior Trust Officer by January 2018, overseeing trusts, estates, investment accounts, and retirement plans, among other responsibilities. Roberta holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business/Finance from NIACC and has earned certifications as a paralegal and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor from the National Association of Paralegals and Cannon Trust School, respectively.
