Prior to joining Equiniti, Duncan spent 23 years in the Life and Pensions Financial Services sector including 18 years with Aon Hewitt where latterly he was UK Chief Operating Officer. Duncan is a Pensions Actuary and has significant experience in both advising clients and the delivery of operational excellence across multiple business lines and geographies.
