John Ramsey is an experienced technology leader with over 12 years in IT. Currently serving as the Director of Information Services at Mutual of Omaha, they focus on IT employee experience, unified communications, and end-user management. Previously, John has held multiple roles at Mutual of Omaha, including Information Services Manager and IT Project Manager, as well as business system analyst roles at ConAgra Foods. John began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Creighton University, where they developed skills in photo and video editing. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Creighton University.
