Rebecca Chaney is a seasoned compliance, legal, and risk professional with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. They served as Senior Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group from 2006 to 2019, where they managed compliance and regulatory matters. After leading teams at LenderSelect Mortgage Group as Senior Vice President of Mortgage Regulatory Compliance from 2020 to 2023, they are currently the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts from Regis College and a Doctor of Law from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
