Bruce deJong has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management, Learning, and Leadership Development at Mutual of Enumclaw since September 1991. Additional roles include claims examiner and casualty director at the American Red Cross, where Bruce also holds a board position, co-chairing the board development committee. Bruce is involved with Plateau Outreach Ministries, the GREEN RIVER COLLEGE FOUNDATION, and the YMCA of Greater Seattle as a board member and health and wellness instructor, respectively. Additionally, Bruce is a leadership coach with Prevail Executive Coaching, focusing on high-performing team development. Bruce holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle/Bastyr University, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
