Melissa O'Connor has extensive experience in digital marketing, currently serving as the Centra Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist at Musgrave since August 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Hidden Hearing Ireland from February 2016 to August 2022, progressing through various positions including Digital Brand Manager, and specializing in digital marketing. Experience includes managing campaigns across Ireland, the UK, and North America, budget management, search engine optimization, and social media marketing. Earlier, Melissa held roles such as Digital Marketing Executive at Tenego Partnering and had experiences as a Brand Ambassador for Hewlett Packard and in promotional marketing with Verve Marketing. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Marketing Practice from Munster Technological University and an Honours Bachelor of Business from the same institution, supplemented by studies at Hogeschool, Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
