Karen Frascona serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications and the Director of Public Relations at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston since 2011. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Manager of Media Relations at GBH from 2008 to 2011 and was the Vice President of Communications for the Philadelphia 76ers from 1998 to 2008. Earlier experience includes serving as the Associate Athletic Director/Sports Information Director at Villanova University from 1995 to 1998, Director of Media Services for the Southeastern Conference from 1993 to 1995, and Associate Sports Information Director at Auburn University from 1990 to 1993. Karen Frascona earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Villanova University.
