Mikel Irastorza Garmendia is a seasoned MLOps engineer currently serving as a Senior MLOps Engineer at Multiverse Computing since January 2024, where responsibilities include designing and developing a Kubernetes-based MLOps platform to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Mikel also co-founded and instructs at LearnIn Academy, specializing in complementary training for engineering students while collaborating with universities and companies to develop new career paths. Previously, Mikel held positions as a Data & AI Researcher at IKERLAN, a Data Scientist at CAF Digital Services, and a Data Analyst at NEM Solutions, where Mikel focused on model performance, cloud platforms, and predictive analytics. Mikel's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Navarra.
