Rubin Ootes is an experienced OutSystems consultant and architect currently employed by MultiTankcard since May 2022. With a foundational role at Atos since January 2005, Rubin oversees 90+ OutSystems developers and contributes to solution projects such as the DAF connected trucks OutSystems App, following certification in OutSystems Architecture Design in Lisbon. Rubin's extensive background includes serving as a principal consultant in ECM, participating in numerous implementation projects for high-profile clients across various sectors, and holding CTO and ownership positions at multiple companies involved in web development and content management. Rubin's educational qualifications include a first degree in Interaction Design and Music Technology from HKU and a Bachelor's degree in Music Technology from the Instituut voor Sonologie.
