Annie Atcha is an accomplished product design leader with over 17 years of experience in driving digital transformation across healthcare, tech, and media industries. They have held significant roles, including Director of User Experience Design at Kaiser Permanente, where they led strategic design initiatives, and Head of Platform UX & Design System at UnitedHealth Group. Currently, Annie serves as Vice President of Design at Claritev, focusing on enhancing user engagement and operational efficiency. They are recognized for their expertise in building high-performing design organizations and integrating AI into design processes. Annie is pursuing a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at DePaul University.
