Shoji Kinugasa is currently the Managing Director and Head of the Environmental and Social Assessment Department at MUFG Bank, Ltd, a position held since July 2022. With a strong background in Global Markets Sales and Syndication, they have over 10 years of experience in the financial sector. Shoji holds a BSc in Commerce and Management from Hitotsubashi University and is a Certified Member of the Securities Analyst Association of Japan as well as a US Certified Public Accountant. Additionally, they serve on the Advisory Committee for Environmental and Social Considerations at the Japanese International Cooperation Agency and are a member of the Working Group at the Japan Business Federation (Keidanren).
