Jane Woodley is currently the COO of Global Corporate & Investment Banking EMEA at MUFG, where they are responsible for the governance and operational framework of the Investment Banking Division. Previously, Jane held various roles at RBS, including Director of Private Institutional and Associate Director in Risk Management for Project & Export Finance, where they contributed to establishing business frameworks and managing credit portfolios. Jane began their career at NatWest, working across Corporate Banking and Structured Finance, focusing on relationships in the Oil & Gas sector. They hold a BA (Hons) in Financial Services from The University of Manchester and have a strong background in business management and operational governance.
