Michael Dunn

Head Of Technology Service Delivery - APAC

Michael Dunn currently serves as the Head of Technology Service Delivery for the APAC region at MUFG Pension & Market Services, a position held since October 2013. In this role, Michael has also progressed through various titles, including Information Technology Service Delivery Manager, Lead for IT Process and Service Improvement, and Service Desk Manager. Prior to joining MUFG, Michael was the Service Desk Team Leader at Superpartners from January 2010 to October 2013. Michael's career began at Medibank, where responsibilities included serving as the Contact Centre Team Leader from September 2006 until December 2009.
