Jennifer Jaimez-Vos is an experienced professional in organisational and employee development, currently serving as the Global Head of Organisational Development at MUFG Pension & Market Services since March 2023. In this role, Jennifer shapes and leads organisational development strategies to foster an engaging and inclusive culture.
