Dr. Philipp Usadel, LL.M. serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG since April 2023, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles as Legal Counsel at Ravensburger AG and Honoraranwalt at Verbraucherzentrale NRW. With a strong background in intellectual property, media, internet, and competition law, Dr. Usadel practiced independently as Rechtsanwalt at Kanzlei Usadel and Kanzlei Dr. Köppinger. An academic foundation includes a Doctor of Law from Maastricht University, a Master of Laws in Media Law and Media Economics from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, and Staatsexamen from The University of Freiburg, complemented by studies at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and Universität Passau.
