Odiase Airiavbere is a seasoned Transmission Specialist in the telecom industry with extensive experience in optical transport networks and service delivery. From 2010 to 2025, Odiase served as a Manager at MTN, overseeing cable landing stations and submarine networks, where significant achievements include restoring services to over 77 million subscribers and saving the company $1 million through successful migrations. Odiase also held roles at Alcatel-Lucent and Huawei, showcasing expertise in system commissioning and technical support. Currently, Odiase continues to manage cable landing stations at MTN Nigeria. Odiase earned a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Obafemi Awolowo University.
