Velaphi Nkosi is currently an MEng candidate at Wits University, having previously completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering and a B-Tech in Electronic Communications from Vaal University of Technology. As a Datacenter Engineer at MTN South Africa since 2012, they focus on optimizing IT infrastructure and delivering reliable solutions while managing complex Core and Switching installations. Prior to this role, Velaphi worked as a Broadcasting Engineer at SABC Radio from 2008 to 2012, ensuring high-quality program performance and availability of broadcast equipment. With certifications including Cisco CCNP R&S and CCNA Routing and Switching, Velaphi brings a strong technical background to their work in systems management and project leadership.
