Kyle Bero is a Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience in the HVAC industry and product engineering. Currently employed at MTI since June 2020, Kyle previously held the position of Mechanical Product Engineer at Johnson Controls from August 2015 to April 2020, where oversight of the design, validation, and release of HVAC actuator and valve products was a key responsibility. Notable achievements include serving as the subject matter expert for the M9300 Actuator Platform and implementing cost-saving initiatives that resulted in over $500,000 in savings by 2022. Prior roles also include Mechanical Design Engineer at MGS Mfg. Group and Engineering Co-op at Strattec Security Corporation. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, earned in 2014.
