Michael Sinclair is currently the EVP & Head of Fund Banking at M&T Bank, a position they have held since 2018. Previously, they served as a Senior Managing Director and Group Manager in Fund Banking at the same institution. Their extensive experience includes roles as Associate at BankBoston/FleetBoston Financial, TSG Equity Partners, and Senior Associate at Raymond James, along with a Relationship Manager position in Corporate Finance at Silicon Valley Bank and Managing Director in Private Equity at East West Bank. Michael holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.A. in Biology with a minor in Economics from Bowdoin College.
