Leonid Potok is currently the Executive Director and Head of Sales for ESG Research at MSCI Inc., where they are responsible for expanding the company's presence across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Central and Eastern Europe. With expertise in integrating ESG analysis into investment strategies, Leonid collaborates with asset owners, asset managers, banks, and consultants to enhance sustainable investment practices. Before their role at MSCI, Leonid worked at BayernLB, focusing on institutional clients in Central and Eastern Europe in treasury products. Leonid holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from the University of Applied Science Wuerzburg.
