Simon Fahim is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and team leadership, currently serving as a Project Manager and Team Lead for Cloud and IT Operations in the APAC region at MRI Software since August 2022. Prior to this role, Simon held several positions including IT System Engineer/Team Lead at IndepthIT, and Information Technology Network Engineer/Team Lead at Campaigntrack. Simon's career began as a Helpdesk/Support Technician at I.T ML Software, progressing through various technical roles that involved system administration, network engineering, and desktop support. Simon holds a Master of Science in Internetworking from the University of Technology Sydney and a Diploma in Information Technology from TAFE NSW.
