Nyameka Magwaza possesses extensive experience in labor relations and legal advisory roles. Beginning as an Attorney at AP Shangase & Associates from March 2011 to November 2015, Nyameka specialized in labor-related matters, including disciplinary hearings and legal documentation. Following this, Nyameka served as an Industrial Relations Advisor at NEASA from February 2016 to September 2017, focusing on employment contracts and CCMA applications. At Mr Price Group from September 2017 to May 2022, Nyameka held the positions of Employee Relations Specialist and later Group Employee Relations Manager, overseeing strategic initiatives and employment equity submissions across South Africa and Namibia.
