Donna Sikora Snyder is a seasoned legal professional, currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Government Programs and Compliance at MP Materials since 2025. Prior to this role, they held various prominent positions at Lockheed Martin, including Vice President & General Counsel for Government Affairs, and Director & Associate General Counsel for International Trade Compliance. Donna began their career in the United States Air Force and later worked as an Associate Attorney for the New York State Insurance Fund, advising on contracts and procurement issues. They retired as a Colonel from the United States Air Force Reserve Judge Advocate General Office, concluding a distinguished career in legal counsel and compliance.
