Lewie Fitton began their civil engineering career in 2018 through a degree apprenticeship and completed their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with first class honours in 2023. They passed the End Point Assessment in early 2024, achieving IEng MICE status. Lewie has primarily worked in design roles on clean and waste water projects during their apprenticeship at Mott MacDonald Bentley, where they held positions from Apprentice Civil Engineer to Project Leader. Currently, Lewie serves as a Site Engineer at JN Bentley, where they continue to develop their expertise.
