Natalia Prochnicka serves as the General Counsel at MOTORS since November 2022. Previously, Natalia held the General Counsel position at Gumtree.com and was Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Operational Businesses at Round Hill Capital, overseeing legal and compliance matters for its operational businesses, including Nido Student. At Nido Student, an award-winning European student accommodation operator, Natalia was the Head of Legal from July 2020 until October 2022. With a background as Legal Counsel for Johnson Matthey, a FTSE 100 company, and Managing Legal Counsel for Synthomer plc., a FTSE 250 chemicals company, Natalia possesses extensive experience in providing legal services across various sectors. Early career experience includes roles as a Corporate Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and as a Trainee Lawyer at Watson, Farley & Williams LLP. Natalia's academic credentials include degrees from BPP Law School and Durham University, with early education at Hills Road Sixth Form College and St Mary's School, Cambridge.
