Xiaofen Huang is currently the Vice President in the Fixed Income Division as Asia Rates COO at Morgan Stanley, where they oversee various aspects of interest rate derivatives trading support. With previous roles as an Assistant Money Market Trader at the Bank of China and in multiple positions at Morgan Stanley, including AVP for Interest Rate Derivatives and Compression, they have accumulated extensive experience in financial markets and post-trade processes. Xiaofen holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance with distinction from Cass Business School and a BA in Accounting and Finance with first class honors from the University of Essex.
