Nathan Stein is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, currently serving as the Global Head of Operations, Communications, and Engagement for Diversity & Inclusion. In this role, Nathan oversees the global DEI function, leads strategic communication initiatives, and develops engagement strategies through employee networks. Nathan began their career at Morgan Stanley in 2009, holding various leadership positions prior to their current role. With a strong background in operations and event management from Carlson Marketing, Nathan is dedicated to fostering diversity that aligns with the Firm's core values while actively participating in the Firm's Pride & Ally LGBT+ Employee Networking Group. Nathan holds an Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting and CAD from Pittsburgh Technical College.
