John James is a multi-asset portfolio manager currently serving as the Director of Investments at Morgan Stanley, where they lead the development of investment programs for individuals and families. Previously, John held the role of Global Head of Equities and Alternative Investments at Arch Capital Group Ltd., where they built an extensive investment program managing over $4 billion. Their experience includes managing both public equity and alternative investment portfolios, as well as roles at various notable financial institutions, highlighting their expertise in private credit, equity, venture capital, and hedge fund strategies. John earned an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, among other educational qualifications.
