Jessica Zoob is the Managing Director and CEO of Morgan Stanley Fund Services, where they drive global growth and innovation. With a background that includes leading a tech venture fund at American Express and shaping global payments in emerging markets, Jessica has focused on unlocking potential in teams and individuals. They are also a founding member of both the U.Penn Women's Alliance and the Women Alumni of American Express, actively mentoring future leaders. Jessica earned an MBA from Columbia University and holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, Northwestern University, and the University of Florence. Outside of work, they enjoy mentoring, soccer, sailing, and discovering new music with their daughters.
