Courtney Thompson is currently the Managing Director at the Global Sustainability Office of Morgan Stanley, where they lead sustainable products and solutions. From 2016, they have held various roles within Morgan Stanley, including Vice President and Executive Director of Global Sustainable Finance. Earlier in their career, Courtney gained experience as a Graduate Impact Investing Intern at the Jessie Smith Noyes Foundation and as an Impact Investing Graduate Fellow at The Heron Foundation. They earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Williams College.
