Robert Burke is an experienced educator with a focus on social studies, currently serving as an Upper School History Teacher at Montverde Academy since June 2014, where instruction includes Advanced Placement European History and U.S. History for grades 9-12. Prior to this role, Robert taught social studies at Orange County Public Schools from August 2009 to June 2014, receiving recognition as the Arbor Ridge K-8 School Teacher of the Year in 2013-2014 for teaching advanced 8th Grade United States History. Robert began his teaching career as a Substitute Teacher at Lake County Schools from January 2005 to June 2009. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Central Florida, completed in 2014.
