Laurie Rowen is the Co-Owner and Founder of Montage Legal Group, a platform that connects law firms with top freelance lawyers who have distinguished credentials from prestigious law schools and firms. They previously served as Chair of the Advisory Board for WHW (Women Helping Women/Men2Work) from 2013 to 2021, aiding in the economic empowerment of disadvantaged individuals through employment support services. Additionally, Laurie held the position of Associate at Snell & Wilmer from 2004 to 2008, where they were involved in various aspects of litigation. Laurie is also an active board member of the Orange County Women Lawyers Association and Mommy Esquire, advocating for women's advancement and addressing the challenges of parenthood in the legal profession. They earned a law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a BA in Psychology and Education from UCLA.
