Christian H. currently serves as Director of Engineering at Monta since June 2023 and is also a Bain External Advisor since March 2023. Previously, Christian worked as a Builder at a stealth startup from May 2022 to May 2023 and held the position of Engineering Manager at Stripe from January 2018 to September 2021, overseeing the Payouts product suite. Earlier experience includes roles at Delphix from January 2011 to January 2018, where responsibilities included senior engineering operations management and software development, and positions at Quinyx as a Software Engineer in 2009 and 2010.
