Srinidhi Srinivasan is a transformative HR professional with over a decade of experience in talent development and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partner at Monks, they previously held roles such as HR Director at Wego.com, where they designed and deployed people strategies across APAC and MENA. Srinidhi also worked as a Senior HR Specialist at Twitter and an HR Specialist at Ubisoft, collaborating with creative and engineering teams. They hold a Master’s Degree in Human Capital Leadership from Singapore Management University and a Post Graduate Program in Management from Chennai Business School.
