Sherif Medhat El Douh is the Managing Director and Plant Director for Mondelez International in Norway, bringing extensive multi-discipline integrated Supply Chain experience from various multinational FMCGs across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. They have held positions in supply planning, logistics operations, and manufacturing excellence, driving results through a focus on talent development and operational strategies. Sherif is also an instructor at The American University in Cairo and the Career Development Center, teaching various integrated supply chain fields. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cairo University and multiple international certifications, Sherif continues to influence the industry through innovative projects and leadership.
