Marta Kot-Urban is the Section Manager for End-to-End Productivity at Mondelēz International, where they are responsible for managing the productivity pipeline and leading cross-category teams. With a strong background in food science and innovation management, Marta has previously held roles as Productivity Pipeline Senior Manager at Mondelēz and New Product Development Manager at Arla Foods. They hold two Master's degrees in Food Science and Technology from Wageningen University and the University of Agriculture in Szczecin. With experience spanning across global companies, Marta is dedicated to driving creativity and productivity within teams and developing innovative products that meet consumer needs.
