Nitzan Shifrin is a Senior Backend Team Lead at monday.com, where they lead a team managing a Tier-1 service, focusing on scaling systems and optimizing performance. With over 14 years of R&D experience, including 7 years in team management, Nitzan has successfully led critical projects and mentored team members. Prior to their current role, Nitzan held various positions at Vonage and the IDF, where they architected complex systems and enhanced team capabilities. Nitzan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies and an MBA in Cyber Security from Tel Aviv University.
