Marissa White has a diverse background in education and program management, with experience spanning several organizations. From April 2019 to July 2022, Marissa served as the Administrative Program Coordinator at the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte. Currently, Marissa works as Community Engagement Team Leader at Monarch, beginning in February 2025. Previously, Marissa held positions as Lead Program Manager and Program Manager at Best Buddies in North Carolina from July 2023 to September 2024, and as a Fifth Grade Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from November 2015 to December 2017. Additional experience includes roles as a Literacy Tutor, Hostess, and Substitute Teacher. Marissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the State University of New York College at Fredonia, completed in 2015.
